Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility: We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items: The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items returned without prior approval

How to Request a Return: Contact us at pacetechlab22@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided the item has not yet been fulfilled. Contact us immediately at pacetechlab22@gmail.com with your order number.
